Grantee Forum

The Nevada Law Foundation will host a forum for grantees from 10am to 3pm in Las Vegas on June 27, 2011. This forum is designed to provide NLF and grantees an opportunity to have a facilitated discussion regarding funding, reserves, priorities, and grant application and processes for future years.
The Access to Justice Commission has provided limited funding to help agency leaders travel to Las Vegas for the forum. For travel reimbursement forms, click here and for RSVP forms click here.

Supreme Court Rule 217: IOLTA Must Be Held in Participating Financial Institutions

The Nevada Supreme Court amended Rule 217 (the IOLTA Rule) in December 2009 and September 2010. These amendments, suggested by the Access to Justice Commission, aim to raise the average interest rate paid on IOLTAs by ensuring IOLTAs are held in financial institutions that meet certain requirements.
