IOLTA Program

The IOLTA Program  was created so the Foundation may receive interest on certain lawyers’ trust accounts.  The Nevada Supreme Court constructed IOLTA in an effort to fund the unmet legal needs of the poor and disadvantaged of our state.

On December 16, 2009 the Supreme Court of Nevada amended Supreme Court Rule 217.  The complete text of the amended rule can be found on the State Bar of Nevada’s website.
